About The BLT Values card:
The BLT Values card program was developed to be similar to a buyers club with the BLT Values Cards used to show participation. Participating businesses offer savings to BLT Values cardholders ranging from 10% to 30%. The savings used by business owners should be based primarily on two factors, they should offer savings that will allow the business to make a fair profit and one that will attract cardholders.
The BLT Values Card was designed
to be cost effective advertising.
The BLT Values Card will create a method whereby participating merchants can easily and profitably conduct business with the general public as well as other business owners.
By participating in the BLT Values Card program, business owners can avoid the high costs associated with many other types of advertising. BLT Values Card advertising is paid for after sales are made. The BLT Values Card will improve commerce by keeping the money in our local area and help stimulate our economy.
The goals of BLT Values Card are to help area non-profits raise funds and to assist participating businesses become more profitable, acquire new and repeat customers, and develop ways to reduce cash expenditures by using BLT Values cards with other participating merchants.

Below is a brief explanation of BLT Bargains:
Merchant gift cards are offered at 75% of face value on the BLT Bargains tab of the BLT Values website.
As a portion of all gift cards sold through BLT Bargains will help fund sport teams, youth groups, schools, churches, & non-profit organizations, they will direct their supporters to the BLT Values website where their supporters will save $$ buying gift cards to shop with local merchants.
After their gift cards are sold, merchants can either:
Collect 45% of the face value of their gift cards in cash or 90% of face value in other Merchants’ gift cards.
